We review all finished goods suppliers using standard business performance metrics, including third-party audits, face-to-face site visits by our teams, and more general feedback on quality, on-time delivery, costings, and communication. Additionally, we track the longevity of each relationship as a measure of successful onboarding and mutually beneficial working relationships.

This data is regularly reviewed to ensure our supply chain is well equipped to respond to our product requirements both now and into the future, mitigate any risk of human rights or environmental violations, and assess risks of modern slavery.
